A: No. Fair Credit Reporting Act: Section 604, prohibits the credit report agencies from furnishing credit reports to third parties. The FCRA's only allows certain entities to pull this information and by definition of "permissible purposes" which includes determination of credit worthiness, underwriting of insurance, and employment screening.

Q:How long does it take? 

A: No definite answer. Time varies greatly depending on your initial credit status. Each of ACR's customer eliminates the time  they may have invested in learning laws and drafting correspondence with the credit bureaus.
