Who We Are...

Based out of Southern California the home of many of the corporate  locations of Giants such as Washington Mutual, Countrywide, Chase, EMC, IndyMac and many others. We are a full service mortgage consulting firm. We do specialize in foreclosure programs and applying for assistance. We deal with arrangements, usually,  to help avoid foreclosure or even before the homeowner ever gets to that point. We have created several nationwide networks with the U.S.'s largest lenders and loan servicers to help best manage our clients.We help people save their homes, dreams and families. When it just so happens that either keeping the home can not be done or the homeowner is no longer interested, we will continue working with them in the event a short sale is needed to be done we will be there to process offer that are submitted. We do the short-sale work so they don't have to. As well, if a buyer is not able to be found, if it is needed we are well versed in doing Deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure and complete the application process. We are a one stop shop for mortgage assistance.
